Creating PDFs Using Your iPhone


Many small business owners already carry a simple document scanner in their pocket without realizing it. Your iPhone can quickly create PDFs for receipts, invoices, and business records using the Notes app.


How to create a PDF using an iPhone:

• Open the Notes app

• Create a new note or open an existing note

• Tap the camera icon and select “Scan Documents”

• Scan the receipt or document

• Save the scan

• Tap Share → Print

• Use two fingers to zoom in on the preview

• Tap Share again and save as a PDF
